Provide music education for those who like music, in Bethlehem area and all over Palestine, in all fields of music, including reading music, writing and instrumental performance of the student’s choice, literature of music and history, principles of harmony and counterpoint. This spreads from elementary to secondary level. The Academy’s future plans spread to professional music teaching in post-high school level in cooperation with other higher education institutions.

Promote cultural knowledge about Arab and classical music in all its types for the community through lectures, concerts, events, whether performed by local Palestinian or visiting musicians and professionals.

Document and publish music works of Palestinian composers, and books related to music education and culture
