The Bethlehem Academy of Music stands as the result of the desire and fidelity of a group of music teachers and lovers in Bethlehem region, as they took the initiative to form a nongovernmental and not-for-profit organization  to cater to serve the people regarding music and cultural affairs on two levels: oriental and western music, for both: the youth and adults alike. The Academy wanted to lay foundations for music culture for the next generations, and at the same time to restore Bethlehem as a modern symbol of Palestine, and present it to the world with an international music culture as well.
